Initial and Needs Analysis
Every project begins with understanding our customer's needs. Needs analysis not only determines project requirements, but also considers possible challenges faced on the construction site. This stage is the first step taken to offer the most efficient solution by using the field experience and sectoral knowledge of Koza İskele's engineering team.
Design and Engineering Studies
After needs are determined, our engineering team creates the basic design of scaffolding systems by making detailed technical drawings and calculations. Using world-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Tekla Structures, the design process is verified from all aspects. Elements such as load carrying capacities, stability, safety measures and ease of use are calculated down to the finest detail.
Prototyping and Testing Phase
After the design phase, realistic prototypes are produced and tested. Each prototype undergoes performance tests according to determined standards. Considering criteria such as durability, safety, ergonomics and efficiency, how the product will perform under real construction site conditions is simulated.
Production and Application
Designs that successfully pass prototype tests are subjected to quality control tests before mass production. Koza İskele conducts continuous inspections to ensure the highest quality in the production process. The production phase is carried out with state-of-the-art machines and experienced operators, thus ensuring every product is standard-compliant and reliable.
Continuous Innovation and Development
Koza İskele's R&D department always works with an approach open to development and innovations. We continuously work on the use of new materials, production techniques and innovative designs. In line with customer feedback and developments in the sector, we improve our existing products while developing new products as well.
